DilMilap is a matrimonial matchmaking facilitation platform to seek a life partner for marriage and is NOT a dating site. Selecting a partner shall absolutely be the responsibility of the registered user. The Company's own records maintained through computer systems shall be deemed accepted as conclusive and binding proof of use.

2. Eligibility

By using this Website, you confirm and warrant that you are:

• 18 years or above (if you are a woman) or 21 years or above (if you are a man);
• Legally competent to enter into a valid contract of marriage as per the law applicable to you; and
• Not prohibited or prevented by any applicable law from entering into a valid contract of marriage.

DilMilap reserves the right to forthwith terminate your registration without refund if we believe that you are ineligible or made any misrepresentation about your eligibility.

During registration, you must furnish accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal details. Upon registration, you are the sole and exclusive owner of your account and take full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.

• Multiple accounts or fictitious profiles created by the same person are strictly prohibited and will be deactivated immediately.

4. User Content & Verification

You are solely responsible for the content, photographs, audio/video shorts, and messages ("Content") you post or transmit. You confirm that you own the rights to post such Content.

Users are strictly advised to independently verify the background, identity, and claims of potential matrimonial matches. DilMilap acts merely as an online intermediary and network service provider, and holds no liability for user-generated content.

5. Restrictions on Use

You strictly agree that you shall NOT:

• Enter into any financial transactions, ask for money/loans, or offer money to other members.
• Post or transmit abusive, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, defamatory, hateful, or racially/ethnically offensive material.
• Harass, stalk, or enter into physical relations with any prospect before marriage under false pretenses.
• Upload software viruses, harmful codes, or automated scripts/crawlers to collect user data.
• Impersonate any person or create fake profiles.
